Jitterbuggin' Trick or Treat Challenge

  We were asked to use two cartridges to create our Trick or Treater. This was a challenge because I only own seven cartridges. I used the black cat costume from Hello Kitty and the baby face from Doodlecharms. Of course I had to do some altering and this is my end result.
