I can not believe that the last time I posted a card was in July. So much has happened since then. My husband and I found new jobs, bought a new house and relocated. It has been crazy trying to square things away with cell service and internet.
Now, I am going to attempt to take up where I left off. I actually made this card for a dear friend who's birthday was in July. I made the card and never found time to post it. I won this image from Lady Bug Digi's, this one is "Dog Walker Nikki". 
My friend lives in the country and every time one of her family members decides they can't take care of their own dog for on reason or another, the dog ends up at my friends house. When my husband and I visit them and take our dog, there are 5 dogs running around. It is crazy....but we love all of the dogs. The big black dog in the image represents our dog "Tucker". I hope you enjoy my card. It feels great to be back!

I love these bright colors. I was going to put a sentiment in the right top corner, but I like how the green paper kind of looks like it is peeling away. I decided not to cover that up. Wow, I haven't posted a new card in a while. It seems like I just can't find the time to craft like I want to.  I made this card for a childhood friend. I ordered this stamp especially for her. I tried to make a postage stamp cut around the image with the words, but no matter what I did I messed it up. I finally decided to leave well enough alone.....
I always have these visions in my head of how the card will look and it very seldom ever looks like the vision when it is complete. However, I do like how it came out and I can't wait to mail it to her.

Hi Crafters, This card is made using a Digi Darla Image. They are having an Alphabet challenge this week. I tried a couple of new things on this card. Faye over at the Fluffery always free hands some doodles on her cards, so I tried it. It seems like I have been stuck in a rut using basically the same layout all the time so I cut a hole in the blue paper and positioned my image behind it. I also did not put a bow on my card.
