Digi Darla, #92 "Tis the Season to be Jolly", Digi Haven "Merry Christmas", Cute Card Thursday #299 "Christmas Catch Up", Jo's Scrap Shack "Winter", #30, Sister ACT #37 Wags and Whiskers #119 "Christmas", Chalk in Stock "Anything Goes"

   I wanted to enter the Digi Darla Challenge which is Santa, or a Snowman. I went to get my camera and the battery was dead. So again I must apoligize for the pic. By the time the camera was charged it was dark outside so I didn't have any natural light. I started to build a light box once and never finished it.
Well anyway, I used another Dearie Doll"s image, I love Mary Ellen's images! I also used chalk to make the tree look like it has shining lights on it. You can find the tutorial as Splitcoast Stampers. They have so many things that I want to try.

    Oh, that snowman is too cute. I LOVE snowmen. You probably know that by now. I bet you used that technique that Lydia did recently to do your tree lights. You did a great job. I want to find time to try that, too. The days pass so quickly and I can't get nearly all done I want to do.
    I had to laugh at your comment or my card about your camera not working and so you just took a nap. Good idea!!!

    the little snowman is so adorable, dear cathy! i love the way he is looking up in awaiting christmas!

    the idea of chalking the christmas lights is such a wonderful effect!
